What Do We Offer You?

The title of this section "Services" implies that we have something to sell.  Well, the only thing we have to "sell", we actually give away. 

 Faith

We have a common bond in our church called FAITH.  And the reason we believe it is so important is because of what we are told in Hebrews 11:6, which says........ "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." 

But where do we get this faith:

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith---and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God---"  Ephesians 2:8  NIV

So, since faith is a gift from God, then what we like to do is pass along to whoever is willing to believe and receive these wonderful Scriptural truths, which we believe, teach and preach in our church!

Hope

"Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD."

The number of believers in our church presently is low.  But then, Jesus started out with a small group of believers in His day on the earth.  He didn't lose hope nor was He thwarted at all by that fact!  Neither are we! 

So, we devote a lot of our time and effort to make sure that our church doors stay open.  We do this for our members and visitors to come and be greeted, have fellowship, study God's Word, sing praises, and hear Biblical preaching.  It is our sincere hope that you will come see how we do it.  If we don't measure up to your expectations, tell us and we'll work on it.  Promise!!

Love

 The best known verse in the Bible is of course John 3:16, which says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life."

We can't match that, but we can proclaim the gift.  And that kind of love is still the best "news" going out today!  There is no greater love than sharing what God has done for all mankind, and especially for those who put their trust in His Son Jesus.  Amen?!  The people in our church believe this with all our heart.  So if you "come and see" us, that's the kind of love you are going to hear about and hopefully receive.
